Here is a Kawai console, in stunning ebony, about 30 years old, in phenomenal condition. This one was actually made in the U.S. which Kawai did for the American market for several years before they built their Indonesian plant, where most new ones are built today. Tone is powerful, moderately warm, and the touch is quick and responsive. A great player who had a smaller space or budget would appreciate this, and so would a learner. Won’t last!
