This Yamaha Ebony Satin Baby Grand is a model GH1 made in 1981, and meticulously kept by a Florida family till it was donated to a church. The church decided it would be better to go to another home, as it is only a 5’3″ model, Yamaha’s standard baby grand size. And this one was made in Japan. So it features the traditional brilliance and clarity that has made Yamaha famous, along with a fast, moderately light touch.
Great piano for recording, or for performing nearly any style of music. Has Leg dollies that make it even easier to move around, or traditional casters could be ordered as well. Nice find, as this is a year people have been hanging on to their Japanese pianos, and there are a limited number of good used ones available. Hurry!
